这个不是病 楼主不要多虑 不过太频繁确实不好 可以通过运动分散注意力

性欲强是正常的，就跟有人权力欲强，有人食欲强，都是人的本性。关键是，有了欲望，要有合适的发泄渠道。手淫是一种渠道，但是不能当成唯一的，如果有女朋友，最好还是和女朋友交流好，然后行房事吧
