[求助] 防屏蔽软件在win7系统中不能打开

最近小弟买了一台新电脑，系统是win7的，但是不能打开SIS的防屏蔽软件了，请哪位大虾帮一下忙！

顺便再说一下，我的解压软件是winrar3.9、360杀毒软件，应该不会有问题
